Prices include USPS Parcel Post Shipping (2–7 business days), Delivery Confirmation, and all shipments are insured. We may, at our descretion, and at no cost to you, select UPS ground, which is available to the 48 continental states. This also includes Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

  • We proudly ship to APO / FPO addresses.
  • Delivery is NOT available to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Product Availability

Occasionally, unexpected manufacturer's out-of-stock conditions occur due to material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, bad weather, etc. Unfortunately, cannot predict when this will occur. We make every effort to be in stock. When out-of-stocks do occur, your regular order will be processed without delay, with notification of any item(s) not shipped. Returns & Cancellations

Canceling an Order

Orders may be cancelled providing you contact us no later than 8 a.m. Eastern time the next business day. Send an e-mail to with CANCEL in the SUBJECT line and include your order information in the body of the e-mail.

Returning Merchandise

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all unopened, unused items. Simply send the item/items back to us within 30 days after the ship date and we will gladly refund your money. Although you MUST include your order number, we DO NOT require a return authorization and DO NOT charge any restocking fees. Items should be returned using a trackable and insured courier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED Priority Mail.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded, and we do not accept returns past 30 days from date of order.

For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, or issue refunds, on skin care products.

With the exception of items damaged in transit, all wholesale / bulk transactions are final.

All returns must be shipped back to, Inc. using a trackable, insured courier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or INSURED Priority Mail).

Any package that has not been received by, and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return or exchange.

Any package returned to marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to a $10 return shipping charge.
